Rates for Counseling Sessions
Hailey Shaughnessy: $125 for the initial session (80 mins), then $80 per 50-minute session thereafter.
Kristen Johnson: $125 for the initial session (80 mins), then $80 per 50-minute session thereafter.
Katherine Walsh: $125 per 50-minute session.
Payments are required at time service is provided.

Cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted as payment.
Insurance for Counseling Sessions
We will be happy to provide you with a receipt with the necessary documentation for you to file to your insurance company for possible reimbursement as an out-of-network provider. Please inquire about insurance and payment options when you schedule your appointment with your therapist.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. We do understand that on occasion there may be extenuating circumstances; it is up to the discretion of the individual practitioner if they wish to waive the cancellation fee the first time an appointment is not cancelled/rescheduled within 24-hours. We’re happy to help accommodate you to the best of our ability.
If a client does not show up for a scheduled therapy appointment, and has not notified us by phone or email, the client will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Less than a 24-hour notice effects consistency of patient care and creates inefficient scheduling for our practitioners. Please contact the therapist directly for all appointment changes or cancellations. Contact information for each staff member can be found on the Associates page.

Balanced Living
This six week workshop explores what it means to be both physically and emotionally healthy. Topics include: Developing Mindfulness, Establishing Healthy Habits & Routines, Learning Relaxation Techniques, Yoga, Creating Gratitude, and Exploring Intellectual Wellness. During this course participants will examine their behaviors surrounding the following: sleep; nutrition; physical activity; and mindset. The workshop will guide participants in how to develop healthier habits and establish overall wellness.
Program: Six 2-hour weekly group sessions

You Are What You Eat/Think: Mindful Weight Management
In this eight week workshop, you experience a new approach to eating through a variety of mindful eating practices. Learn a way to eat that is more attuned to your body’s needs, experience the full pleasure and taste of food without overeating, and release the guilt and struggle so often associated with dieting. Group sessions employ mindfulness practices, gentle yoga, meditation, light fitness activities and eating exercises. You also learn to make personal use of current, science-based nutrition. Activities are appropriate for all levels of fitness.

Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy for Anxiety
This eight week workshop is for those who experience recurring bouts of anxiety or panic attacks. Learn step-by-step strategies for gaining awareness of anxious feelings without letting them escalate; loosening the grip of worry and fear; and achieving a new level of emotional and physical well-being. Through role-playing, simulated classroom, and client-practitioner encounters, you will learn to apply mindfulness practices. The workshop blends didactic, experiential, and small group learning, and includes daily meditations, yoga, and periods of silence.

Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy for Depression
This eight week workshop is an innovative group program designed to prevent relapse in people who have recovered from unipolar depression. Participants develop present-focus attention that engages the body, mind and heart in relating more effectively to patterns of thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations and habitual reactive behaviors that contribute to depression relapse. Through role-playing, simulated classroom, and client-practitioner encounters, you will learn to apply mindfulness practices. The workshop blends didactic, experiential, and small group learning, and includes daily meditations, yoga, and periods of silence.

Meditation, Relaxation & Guided Imagery
Join our group in a guided meditation class, practicing techniques such as breath work, concentration, visualizations and deep relaxation. Classes vary in styles allowing beginners to get a wide variety of tools to establish a meditation practice. Meditation has many health benefits; it helps to relieve stress, boosts your immune function, decreases pain, and improves both concentration and memory. These exercises can help you reduce anxiety, increases positive emotions, and cope more effectively with difficult situations.
