Scheduling Counseling or Wellness Appointments

Rates for Counseling Sessions
Hailey Shaughnessy: $125 for the initial session (80 mins), then $80 per 50-minute session thereafter.
Kristen Johnson: $125 for the initial session (80 mins), then $80 per 50-minute session thereafter.
Katherine Walsh: $125 per 50-minute session.
Payments are required at time service is provided.
Payment
Cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted as payment.
Insurance for Counseling Sessions
We will be happy to provide you with a receipt with the necessary documentation for you to file to your insurance company for possible reimbursement as an out-of-network provider. Please inquire about insurance and payment options when you schedule your appointment with your therapist.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. We do understand that on occasion there may be extenuating circumstances; it is up to the discretion of the individual practitioner if they wish to waive the cancellation fee the first time an appointment is not cancelled/rescheduled within 24-hours. We’re happy to help accommodate you to the best of our ability.
If a client does not show up for a scheduled therapy appointment, and has not notified us by phone or email, the client will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Less than a 24-hour notice effects consistency of patient care and creates inefficient scheduling for our practitioners. Classes & Workshops
Fees for classes and workshops vary and the prices are included with the description on the Classes and Workshops pages. Please inquire about the policy for classes or workshops with the instructor at time of enrollment.
